Detailing pricing in New Zealand generally falls into a few tiers. A basic wash and interior wipe-down usually sits under $150–$200. A full interior and exterior detail — the option most people actually want — typically runs from around $150 up to $400 or more depending on the vehicle's size and condition. Premium add-ons like paint correction and ceramic coating sit well above that, often from $800 upwards, because of the extra labour and materials involved.
